Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Shift
Monday to Friday, 7:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform general patching and painting tasks throughout campus buildings.
• Patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors/frames, stair railings, hydrants, bollards, and electrical enclosures as needed.
• Conduct flooring repairs, including the removal and replacement of carpet squares.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all painting and patching activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with painting materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate work assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting tools and equipment.
• Drive campus vehicles safely and responsibly to various work locations.
  
  Qualifications:
• Proven experience in painting and patching, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
