Job Title: Case and Contact Monitoring Specialists (Contact Tracing)

Pay Rate: $25.000/hour

Description:

• Provide COVID-19 disease and transmission education and guidance

• Enter data into MAVEN via COVID-19 Case / Contact Monitoring Wizard

• Collect information on signs and symptoms of COVID-19, underlying health conditions, daily activities, and changes to living arrangements or other factors potentially impacting isolation adherence

• Provide recommendations related to self-isolation or self-quarantine

• Review daily monitoring procedures

• Conduct daily monitoring during self-isolation or self-quarantine —temperature, signs/symptoms, use of fever-reducing medications—via telephone until individual’s isolation or quarantine period has ended.

• Determine if referral for support services is required to support self-isolate

• Refer to healthcare and social services, as indicated

• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in community outreach or customer service is preferred

• Strong computer, phone, customer service, and communication (written and verbal) skills are preferred

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet apart when appropriate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

• Must be proficient in keyboarding, grammar, and spelling

• Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen

• Must pass a criminal background check
