Staff Management Group is seeking a Pre-Weigh Operator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

- 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $25 / hour
Job Summary:
A Pre-Weigh Operator is a production worker responsible for accurately weighing and preparing raw materials for use in production processes, often within a manufacturing or compounding environment. They use scales and other equipment to measure and prepare ingredients according to production schedules and instructions, ensuring the correct quantities are used for each batch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh raw materials according to production specifications.
- Operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck to transport materials within the facility.
- Move and handle raw materials safely.
- Maintain clean and organized pre-weighing and staging areas.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in pre-weigh operations.
- Must operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck (forklift certification preferred).
- Must speak English.
- Strong basic math skills (weight measurements, calculations).
- Reliable transportation is required to get to work.
- Interview required prior to hiring.
