Production Associate

Job Summary:
Production Associates are responsible for operating equipment and supporting the manufacturing process of soap and lotion products. This role involves working on a production line to fill, label, and package products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate filling machines to dispense soap and lotion into appropriate containers.
• Monitor production line for efficiency and product consistency.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and correct labeling.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Up to 25lb-50lb lifting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
