Starting Pay: $25/hr. during training
Top Techs earn $75,000+ annually, in addition to incentives

At Overhead Door Company, we’re on the hunt for our next Garage Door Rock Star — someone who’s equal parts technician, troubleshooter, and customer service pro. Whether you're escaping the retail grind or looking to level up your career, this is your chance to join a company that values your skills and invests in your future.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (Mon–Fri or Tues–Sat)
- Overtime & weekend availability
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical
- Be the go-to expert for residential garage door repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Diagnose issues like a detective, fix them like an engineer, and upsell like a pro — all while keeping customers happy.
- Work independently in the field with the support of a rock-solid team behind you.
- Tackle everything from sleek modern doors to vintage classics that need some TLC.
What We're Looking For:
- A natural people-person with a knack for sales and service.
- Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands.
- Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
- No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to help you become a certified garage door legend.
