Hand Solder Assembler - Elkhart, IN

5:30am-3pm Mon-Thurs, 6-10 Friday  $17

Job Duties: 

•  The Hand Solder Assembler is responsible for after-wave production of company products by performing to IPC-A-610 standards.  

• The Hand Solder Assembler (HSA) job tasks include:
• Following policies, procedures and work instructions in Manufacturing Process document specifications.
• Perform work in compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
• Resolving discrepancies that appear in any assemblies.
• Enter correctly completed production or labor time data on record sheets.
• Work at established standards to ensure optimum efficiency in duties.
• Keep the department equipment and the work area clean and safe.
• Ensure compliance with all policies described in the Employee Handbook.
• Complete any work assignments as determined by the General Manager.
• Data Entry

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and or move up to 25+lbs. throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel.
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions in English.
• Highschool education or equivalent
• Basic working knowledge of printed circuit boards
