Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and expertise in PLC programming. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining automation equipment, including hydraulics and sensors. You’ll play a key role in keeping our car wash operations running smoothly by quickly identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on car wash equipment.
- Program and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) for automated systems.
- Service and maintain mechanical and hydraulic systems, as well as sensor equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
- Respond to service calls promptly and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate technical information clearly.
Qualifications:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in PLC programming.
- Experience working with automation equipment, including hydraulics and sensors.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Electrician License, PLC certification).
- Previous maintenance experience in a similar industry or role is preferred.
- Licensed electricians will be paid at a higher rate.
