Machine Setup:
Set up and operate die casting machines according to production requirements.
Install and secure dies onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and functioning.
Adjust machine settings, such as pressure, temperature, and speed, to optimize the casting process.
Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to handle dies and materials.
Die Casting Operations:
Load molten metal into the die casting machine.
Monitor the casting process, ensuring proper temperature, pressure, and flow of molten metal.
Remove castings from the machine after solidification.
Inspect castings for defects and deviations from specifications.

• Hand pouring molten metal into a die-tube, machine will push the metal through a machine and make the parts
• 2 year minimum manufacturing background (assembly work is not acceptable)
• Must have high school diploma – will NOT accept a GED
• Plastic injection molding experience

• Ability to read tape measure
• Knowledge of how to operate a machine, understand the mechanics of how a machine runs and the technology to keep the machine running
