Blender / Mixer Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time) Location: Sunset Hills / St. Louis, MO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (through Snelling Talent Partners) About the Opportunity A well-established food manufacturing company in the Sunset Hills area is seeking dependable team members to join their blending and production department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a team that values accuracy and safety in a clean production setting. Responsibilities Measure and blend raw ingredients according to batch specifications. Operate mixers, blenders, and related production equipment safely. Monitor quality and consistency of batches and adjust as needed. Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace following food safety standards. Adhere to all company safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Assist with basic machine cleaning and changeovers between runs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift. Previous experience in food manufacturing, blending, batching, or production is a plus. Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.
