A well-established property management company in the High Ridge area is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to support the daily operations of a small portfolio (around 30 properties). Hybrid Schedule: Work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in-office 2–3 days/week
Set Hours:
In-office: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Work-from-home: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (typically no lunch break)
Low Tenant Interaction: Occasional meetings only
Room for Flexibility: Optional leasing activity on evenings/weekends—can be paid as commission or factored into base pay

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing office operations and property records
Communicating with tenants, vendors, and ownership
Coordinating maintenance and lease renewals
Occasionally assisting with leasing (optional/off-hours)
Using property management software to stay organized and efficient
