Program Support – Energy Assistance Department
Location: Overland, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1 hour lunch
We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to support a busy Energy Assistance program. This role involves working directly with clients over the phone to answer questions and guide them through the application process. If you’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone and has basic computer skills, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers seeking energy assistance
Provide information and guidance on program requirements and applications
Enter and update data in the system
Send and respond to emails as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Comfort handling a high volume of customer phone calls
Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, system navigation)
A dependable and professional attitude
Note: This position requires daily interaction with customers by phone. Candidates must be comfortable and confident speaking with people throughout the day.
