Sales Representative
Location: St. Charles, MO

A fast-growing, asset-based truckload carrier headquartered in St. Charles, MO is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join its team. This company specializes in cross-border logistics and Just-In-Time (JIT) freight solutions throughout Mexico, the U.S. Midwest, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership to identify industry opportunities and align sales strategies
Research and develop new customer relationships across North America
Communicate transportation solutions clearly and professionally to existing and potential clients
Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and marketing materials
Respond to RFPs and RFQs accurately and efficiently
Represent the company in meetings and client visits (travel up to 25%)
Support ongoing initiatives within the Sales Department as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
Understanding of truckload freight and JIT logistics
Familiarity with USMCA (formerly NAFTA) and cross-border operations
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
