Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76179

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Must be available for overtime if needed; schedule may change depending on production)

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Starting Pay: $20 per hour (Pay may vary based on experience)

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment. We are looking for individuals with experience in electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as a strong background in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintain industrial equipment including hydraulic presses, burn tables, furnaces, forklifts, hoists, and more.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, performing necessary repairs and adjustments.

- Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair machinery.

- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.

- Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.

- Collaborate with production team to optimize equipment performance.

- Be available for overtime when required, as production demands may vary.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with 480v, 3-phase electricity.

- Proficiency in reading hydraulic and electrical schematics.

- Previous experience working in an industrial setting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of and experience with repairing hydraulic presses, burn tables, furnaces, forklifts, hoists, and other industrial equipment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Self-motivated individual.

- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules based on production needs.

- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
