SkillsetGroup is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to work in the city of Greenville, TX area. This individual is accountable for repairing and maintaining pulping, forming, and molding equipment. They must possess expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. Additionally, they should be adept at diagnosing, testing, and repairing electrical components, and enhancing system performance to meet process demands and reduce downtime. Job Order Details:
- Job Title: Mechanic Electrician
- DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
- Hours: Rotating days on 2nd shift plus overtime
- 5:45 pm – 6:15 am; 2-2-3 shift
- Pay: $27-35/hr., plus shift differential
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Electro-Maintenance Mechanic
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and enhancements on all equipment and machinery involved in the pulping, forming, and molding process to uphold the reliability and functionality of production equipment.
- Responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues with equipment, machinery, robots, power systems, control systems, automation equipment, and auxiliary equipment like compressors and dryers.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to employment, safety, quality, product safety, legality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledgeable about control circuits and sensors, robotics and CNC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, blueprint/schematic reading (mechanical/electrical), heat transfer, welding, piping, use of shop equipment, and fabrication.
- Possess a strong electrical background with troubleshooting experience, including familiarity with AC and DC drives and PLCs, servo motors, encoders, controllers, and the ability to address temperature-related issues in heating processes using thermal couples, temperature controllers, solid state relays, and heating elements. Capable of diagnosing and resolving problems with analog and digital sensing devices (pressure, flow, proximity, temperature, light signals, etc.).
- Proficient in controls and automation programming, including ladder logic and structured language.
