Title: Assistant Controller
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Pay: $100-$120k/yr.
Shift: 1st shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (onsite 100%)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-7 years of accounting experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Oversee month-end closing, account reconciliations, and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Provide daily ACH deposits, sales projections, and monthly commission reports.
• Prepare and file property, sales/use, and VAT tax documents.
• Manage customer data updates and handle SAPR revisions.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, training, and workflow improvements.
• Supervise accounts payable and cover credit coordinator duties when needed.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and relevant software systems.
• Month-end closing, account reconciliations, and daily accounting operations (AP, AR, and general ledger).
