SkillsetGroup is seeking a Network Administrator to work in the city of Gardena, CA area. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our network, servers, and other critical IT systems. This role also includes providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Windows environments, domain management, firewall configurations, and various other IT systems and tools. Additionally, the candidate we prefer to be bilingual in Spanish and have at least 8+ years of experience in IT administration. This will be a 1st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity. Job Title: Network Administrator
- Direct Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $85-125k/yr.
- Hours:
- 1st shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (on-call 24/7)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Administration or related role.
- Extensive experience with Windows server and client operating systems.
- Proficient with domain management and Active Directory.
- Strong expertise in firewalls and network security with ability to configure and manage.
- Plan and execute IT projects (system upgrades, network expansions, new technology deployments).
- Implement and manage backup solutions.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
