The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural machinery or diesel engines, enabling them to provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a background in Ag or Diesel Equipment are essential for success in this role. - Job Title: Customer Service Representative

- Hours: Monday – Friday
- 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Pay: $25-28/ hour
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Rep. in Ag Equipment or Diesel Equipment.
- Handle incoming steady flow of calls of customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
- Process orders, create work orders, set up service calls (as needed) accurately and efficiently.
- Will be working mainly of the company website system, currently use Podium software, computer literate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Individual needs to be self-driven and take control type person.
- May have to travel 5% of the time to Merced or Stockton office.
- Bilingual is a plus, not a must.
