The ideal candidate will be in the food industry with a proven track record of overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Skilled in leading teams to ensure efficient and safe warehouse practices. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance. Adept at optimizing warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Effective communicator and problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement. Job:
- Title: Warehouse Manager
- DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
- Pay: $90-110k/yr., no bonus
- Shift: 1st shift, 5 or 6am start until 3 or 4pm
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Will oversee approximately 35 employees.
- Working in the Fresh cut, Ready-Pac experience a big plus.
- Would prefer Food Industry, may be open to other industries (not freight)
- Must be able to create processes/procedures, organize warehouse to maximize space and efficiency, inventory management.
- Someone that has implemented a WMS system would be PERFECT.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Bilingual is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
