AR Billing & Collections Specialist

SkillSetGroup is seeking a AR Billing & Collections Specialist to work in the Industry, CA area. This position will be working with the Controller to assist in billing responsibilities and collections. This position will also be cross trained with AP duties, so there are opportunities to advance. This will be a 1st shift position and will be a Temp-To-Hire opportunity.

Education and/or Experience 

• A minimum of 1-3 years of billing experience 
• • Record, verify, and post check and ACH bank payments received daily.
  • Reconcile payments with accounts receivables ledger and prepares reports of delinquent accounts.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to collect and minimize outstanding debt.
  • Accurately maintain Account Receivable records and files.
