ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Receives and enters orders via phone, fax, email, and EDI. • Confirms pricing and allowances are correct on all orders before confirming receipt of all orders. Notifies the customer when there are order discrepancies. • Confirms supply and time availability of all orders with the Transportation Dept. and notifies customer if there are supply issues. • Works with Accounts Receivable to ensure all orders are invoiced correctly. • Ships product samples and sales materials to customers, outside sales reps, and brokers as directed by sales managers. • Exhibit a positive attitude towards work ad fellow employees, helping to fulfill our company mission of being a great place to work. • Perform general customer service and font desk functions including handling customer inquiries and guiding visitors when necessary.
