Skillset Group is seeking Helpdesk Support to work in the Santa Ana, CA area. The Service Desk Analyst provides technical support to internal users. They respond to incoming requests for I.T. support and resolve network, hardware, and software issues with computers, tablets, and phones. This will be a 1st shift position and will be direct hire.
Manages incoming help desk requests, resolving all client PC usage problems in a positive, timely manner, following up with the customer to ensure completion and documenting all work in Service Desk Responsible for supporting and maintaining client asset management including inventory, updates, repairs, replacements, and new purchases.
Supports VoIP system administration related to employee changes Supports backend client services including antivirus, user access, and network administration Supports client/server software applications in support of business processes.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22.C.F.R. § is required.
Must possess Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment
