New Hire Onboarding and Training Coordinator
Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements. Identify training needs, create and manage training materials, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment:
- Identify training needs by collaborating with managers and HR personnel to understand gaps in skills, knowledge, or compliance.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and lesson plans to address identified needs.
- Program Implementation:
- Organize and schedule training sessions, including logistics like venue, time, and materials.
- Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver training programs, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and knowledge transfer.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make improvements as needed.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain records of training participation, progress, and evaluation results.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated for training activities.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with employees, trainers, and management regarding training programs and updates.
- Staying Current:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and development.
