Bilingual in Spanish and English • Cabinet knowledge and experience is a MUST; 2020 Design software is a plus • Self-driven, excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts. • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities. • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets. • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. • Utilize Company CRM systems to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage pipeline.
