Staffing – Business Development Manager
What you should have:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Ability to understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
• Experience prospecting or cold-calling new businesses and selling/upgrading major clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
What you will be doing:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Attend local networking events.
• You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
• Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary staffing services.
• Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Leveraging your understanding of the decision-making processes within client organizations to tailor your approach effectively.
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and securing new business.
