HW staffing has an immediate temporary position for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist locally owned insurance company in Albany, NY. You will be the face of the organization and their clients and customers first point of contact. Our client needs professional, dedicated, and polished candidate to assist them. This has the potential for becoming a permanent position for the right candidate!
You will be answering multi-line phone system directing calls to appropriate staff members, meeting and greeting visitors, providing administrative support to the sales and other team members, assisting in daily operations of the office like processing the mail.
Background Profile for a Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant role
- Ability to answer multi-line phone system
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to details are needed
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadline is essential for this role!
This is a temporary position starting immediately and lasting 1 month, but could become permanent position for the right candidate. Hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm.
