In this position you will:
- handle incoming calls answering member questions
- research questions, document all activity and run production related reports
- respond to email inquiries
- process reimbursements
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience with longevity
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- An Associates degree is preferred
This is a temporary to permanent position, M-F 8am-5pm.
