    We are an industry-leading Environmental, Demolition and Professional Services firm delivering projects around the nation for over two decades.


    We are currently looking to add an experienced Superintendent/Field Operations Manager to our growing team. This position will require approximately 60% field work and remaining time in the office.

    What we are looking for in this role:

    • 4+ years experience in the Construction Industry
    • Abatement experience is a plus! But not required.
    • Ability to manage projects
    • Communicate with field staff, vendors, and management
    • Scheduling and managing time to reach deadline
    • Budgeting and financials
    • Interview, hire, motivate and mentor new employees
    • Efficient with Accounting and Estimating construction software
    • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ensure health and safety regulation are followed
    • Willingness to split time between Field and Office 60/40
    • Valid Drivers License required
