We are currently looking to add an experienced Superintendent/Field Operations Manager to our growing team. This position will require approximately 60% field work and remaining time in the office.

What we are looking for in this role:
- 4+ years experience in the Construction Industry
- Abatement experience is a plus! But not required.
- Ability to manage projects
- Communicate with field staff, vendors, and management
- Scheduling and managing time to reach deadline
- Budgeting and financials
- Interview, hire, motivate and mentor new employees
- Efficient with Accounting and Estimating construction software
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ensure health and safety regulation are followed
- Willingness to split time between Field and Office 60/40
- Valid Drivers License required
