Position Overview:
The Restoration Project Manager is pivotal in executing multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring each project aligns with our company standards. This role involves rigorous management of field staff, meticulous planning, and effective communication with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the management of one or more projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and completion of work in compliance with IICRC standards.
· Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations, including maintaining current safety training for field staff and conducting daily safety meetings.
· Act as a liaison among clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and in-house personnel.
· Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand the mitigation processes and daily scope of work.
· Analyze the scope of work to accept or reject based on actual conditions.
· Liaise with clients and insurance companies to communicate project scope and secure necessary approvals.
· Utilize Xactimate to generate precise project estimates.
· Support and assist field staff in achieving timely and successful abatement.
· Manage team time effectively on projects, ensuring field staff use their time efficiently to meet budgetary constraints.
· Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and job activity paperwork for each assigned project.
· Maintain project material and equipment inventories for accurate job costing.
· Step in to complete tasks as needed based on project priorities.

Position Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license.
· High school diploma/GED; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the restoration industry.
· IICRC certification preferred.
· Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
