Currently hiring a Director of Project Controls to manage and oversee all Project Controls including cost, schedule, planning and reporting.


Must be local to Colorado, Utah or Arizona or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance provided.

What the job entails:

  • Develop and implement project control strategies and policies
  • Manage and lead project controls project execution including staffing, reporting, and change management.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and monitoring risk factors.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing project management processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project control teams.


Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in industrial project management and project controls, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% as needed per project requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project cost, earned value, CPM scheduling and detail planning, contract management concepts
  • Commitment to Accuracy and Reliability
