Currently seeking a motivated leader to be the OPERATIONS MANAGER of our Mechanical division.

Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles: 

• 10+ years experience in similar roles. 
• Strong understanding of piping, plumbing and mechanical construction. 
• Manage and supervise day to day operations
• Review, Estimating and bids for pending and upcoming projects.
• Review contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Manage equipment and materials including requisitions, buyouts, submittals, prefab, tracking and delivery, etc. 
• Ensure accurate billings and collections.
• Provide training, mentoring, coaching and leadership.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure pre-construction and post-construction meetings are conducted. 
• Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution.
