Production Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools and hand tools. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and ensuring the quality of products on the assembly line while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

1st Shift Day Hours

$19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities

• Operate various power tools and hand tools to fabricate components as per specifications.

• Assemble products efficiently on the assembly line, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting.

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks in the manufacturing environment.

• Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts as needed, ensuring safe handling practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.

• Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
