Are you passionate about working with Excel spreadsheets? Do you love numbers? If so....We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to work with a client in the construction industry.
Pay for this position will be $37K-$40K per year DOE. Hours are M-F/8am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities include:

Answer phones

Create and manage large Excel spreadsheet

Data Entry

Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Must have great communication skills both written and verbal, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be reliable and punctual.
Required:

1+ years working in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite
