About the Opportunity
The S&WBNO is seeking motivated civil engineers and engineer interns to join its team on a long-term contract basis. These positions support critical infrastructure improvement projects across the city, with opportunities to convert to permanent employment based on performance.

Roles Available
Engineer Intern I (Entry Level)

Assist in the research, design, and construction of water, sewer, and drainage projects.

Support senior engineers with drafting, calculations, and field inspections.

Participate in project documentation, design reviews, and data collection.
Ideal for: Recent engineering graduates or early-career engineers looking to build field and design experience.
Engineer Intern II (Intermediate Level)

Perform independent technical work under the direction of licensed engineers.

Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for ongoing infrastructure projects.

Conduct field inspections and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Mentor or assign tasks to junior team members as experience grows.

Engineer (Professional Level)
