Our client, a highly respected Metairie-based law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist to provide firmwide technical support across multiple office locations. Responsibilities

Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple remote offices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers, routers, switches, and VoIP phones.

Assist with system setup, video conferencing, and A/V needs for meetings and presentations.

Support cybersecurity initiatives, data security documentation, and firm compliance.

Maintain asset inventory and assist with equipment installations, moves, and updates.

Collaborate with network engineering staff to identify and resolve recurring performance issues.

Train staff on firm applications to enhance technical proficiency and user efficiency.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years’ experience providing IT or application support in a multi-user, cloud-based environment.

Proficiency with: Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, advanced Word/Excel), Windows OS, Azure AD, SharePoint, VDI, routers/switches, and VoIP systems.

Experience with law-firm software (ProLaw, eDiscovery tools, DocuSign, Westlaw/LexisNexis) highly preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends to support firm needs.
