Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to leadership and staff across departments

Manage incoming calls, office email inbox, and front desk reception duties

Maintain office supplies, kitchen area, and appearance of common spaces

Assist with preparing meeting agendas, distributing minutes, and organizing materials

Handle mail distribution, scanning, and basic accounts payable support

Maintain company directories, insurance certificates, and contact lists
-
Help coordinate internal functions and an annual off-site shareholder event

Update internal documents, newsletters, and company website

Perform general office duties including filing, document creation, and calendar management

Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience
-
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Publisher or Yardi experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Associate’s degree or business coursework preferred
