A respected local real estate company is looking for an organized and dependable Office Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a behind-the-scenes role and enjoys keeping things running efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff across departments

  • Manage incoming calls, office email inbox, and front desk reception duties

  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen area, and appearance of common spaces

  • Assist with preparing meeting agendas, distributing minutes, and organizing materials

  • Handle mail distribution, scanning, and basic accounts payable support

  • Maintain company directories, insurance certificates, and contact lists

  • Help coordinate internal functions and an annual off-site shareholder event

  • Update internal documents, newsletters, and company website

  • Perform general office duties including filing, document creation, and calendar management

  •  

Qualifications:

 

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Publisher or Yardi experience is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset

  • Associate’s degree or business coursework preferred
