We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a busy convention sales department. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and providing top-tier support to a fast-paced team.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple sales managers

  • Create and manage proposals, reports, and general correspondence

  • Coordinate site visits and prepare itineraries

  • Input and maintain data in CRM systems (Simpleview experience a plus)

  • Respond to general inquiries and assist with brochure and media kit distribution

  • Support the team with scheduling, expense reports, and other operational tasks

  • Occasionally assist with receptionist or switchboard duties

  •  

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 1–3 years of admin or sales support experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM/database system skills

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Available for occasional evening or weekend support as needed
