We are searching for an Administrative Assistant/ Office clerk to work with a growing company located in Elmwood.
Pay for this position will be 17-18 an hour. Hours are M-F/ 8-5pm

This is a dual role that includes being an administrative assistant at one location in Elmwood and then certain times of the year when a person is out on vacation, sick or personal time at a law firm in Metairie and when at the law firm, it will be an extra $100 a day.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answer phones

Assist with billing and other projects

Knowledge of accounting principles & procedures
Extra Duties:

Deliver and sort mail 3-4 times a day to different attorneys on 3 different floors.

Monitor faxes, copy, scans

Utilize FED EX, UPS or USPS

Mail runs to the post office

Call in service & supply orders

Assist the legal team with duties
Required:

Bachelors Degree
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

1+ years working as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
