We are searching for a Client Education Specialist to work for a very stable client.
This position pays $40,000-$45,000 per year plus offers an excellent benefit plan, vacation, paid holidays, an IRA with match, and a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Schedule and perform all student in-services via GoToMeeting

Answer client support calls

Answer client emails
-
Must be able to comfortably speak on the phone and answer sometimes complicated questions on the fly without getting flustered

Proactively reach out to clients offering assistance
Must be organized, have excellent time management skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, motivated, and a team player.
Required:

Bachelors degree
-
Experience as a teacher or trainer preferred
