We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and possess exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors

  • Manage the outlook calendar for 5 conference rooms

  • Order lunches

  • Restock office supplies

  • Set up and break down conference room before and after meetings

  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area

  • Filing, Data Entry, and Calendaring

Required:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

High School diploma or greater
