Audit experience required:
We are flexible, but core hours are you have to be here between 9 and 4:30, you can work your 8 hour day any way that is best for you. Busy season for audit staff is usually 45 hours per week in February and might go up to 50 in March if one has that much in client responsibilities. Most of our staff works 45 hours for 3 months Feb to April, and 40 hours per week for the rest of the year.
We also work with individuals to deviate from any policy we have. For example, we have an audit supervisor who we allow to work 3 days per week as she has 2 children, in the past we let someone leave at 3PM for children needs. We also allow working from home based on our policy, but if you are experienced, have 8 hours of work you can do on your own and don’t need to work with a partner above you or supervise a staff below you, you can work from home that day. Most people work from home 1 day per week. It is flexible.
