Group Leader – Manufacturing Operations

Location: Paris, TX

We’re seeking a Group Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about driving results. In this role, you’ll manage people, equipment, and processes to ensure quality production, improve performance, and develop team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; set shift direction.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost goals are met.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations supervision).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions

• Flexible shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Exposure to heat, coolers, and freezers; PPE required.
