Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and departmental duties.
- Process HR-related documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities, including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, HRIS record maintenance, AG/child support garnishments, E-Verify, and employment verification requests.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries in both languages regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and drafting standard HR documents and correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
