1st Shift Metal Grinder

RPM Staffing is looking for a metal grinder for a warehouse in Bonham, TX!

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (Some overtime may require longer hours or some Saturdays)

Pay: $17-18/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Able to grind parts according to the print specifications and able to follow inspection procedures.
• Able to read work instructions and make a visual inspection of parts for cosmetic defects.
• Must be able to comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Must be able to complete work orders associated with the job, assuring that it is accurately completed prior to moving to the next operation.
• Able to understand and follow all verbal and written instructions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Able to work with handheld air tools and hand files as required.
• Able to grind both steel and aluminum materials.

Requirements: 

• Good work history
• Able to work in extreme conditions (both hot and cold)
• Must be able to stand on a concrete floor for full shift
• Must pass background and drug screening
