Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the manufacturing, assembly, and processing of heavy materials and products according to specifications. • Operate basic production equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively. • Load, unload, and move materials or products manually or using material handling equipment. • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production schedules and goals. • Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred. • Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing setting with exposure to varying seasonal temperatures. • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials up to 50–75 lbs throughout the shift. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. • Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment.
