Now Hiring: Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift

 Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM $16.50 per hour

 Overview:

Seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate team activities to meet quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead receiving, shipping, and inventory control

    Load/unload materials; operate forklift, must attend forklift assessment class.

    Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions

    Track and report warehouse performance

    Coordinate with other departments and freight forwarders

    Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

    Prior warehouse lead/supervisory experience

    Forklift certification

    Knowledge of warehouse systems and MS Office

    Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    Logistics/supply chain knowledge a plus
