WE’RE HIRING! – MATERIAL SPECIALIST

 Location: Santa Teresa, NM

 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 Pay: $16.00/hr.

 Overtime & weekends as needed

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in warehouse environments? Join our team as a Material Specialist! 

 Position Overview

The Material Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, grading, and documenting incoming materials. This role combines physical labor with administrative tasks and requires strict adherence to safety and industry standards. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade materials according to ISRI/WSR standards

• Verify incoming materials with packing lists & shipping documents

• Record materials on WSR documentation

• Enter data into the ROM system & produce ROM tickets

• Label all packages correctly

• Report discrepancies and follow safety protocols

 Qualifications

Required:

• Valid forklift operator license

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Computer/tablet/printer proficiency

• Strong warehouse operations experience

Preferred:

• Knowledge of non-ferrous materials 

 Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. regularly

 Work Schedule

• Full-time | 40 hrs./week

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime & weekend work as needed
