Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.00/hr.

Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of traffic and materials in the yard/dock area, coordinating trailers and containers with mule drivers, supporting scale house operations, and ensuring safety and efficiency across the yard.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate trailer, roll-off, flatbed, and container movements with mule drivers
• Manage incoming/outgoing traffic around the scale house
• Perform daily trailer inventories
• Oversee yard personnel and provide guidance
• Ensure equipment inspections & end-of-day procedures are completed
• Maintain communication with maintenance to reduce downtime
• Report damages and ensure safety compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• High School Diploma (required)
• Experience as dock coordinator, yard jockey, or logistics dispatcher (preferred)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday (40 hrs./week)
• Weekends as needed depending on workload
