Customer Service Representative ?? Location: Joe Battle/Rojas area ?? Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ?? Pay: $15/hr Responsibilities: ~Process and fulfill customer orders; handle inquiries, returns, and complaints. ~Provide pricing, shipping, and delivery updates. ~Enter and update order data, EDI/EFS reports, and maintain customer files. ~Coordinate with sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery. ~Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and reports. ~Support Sales Team and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements: ~HS Diploma minimum; 3+ years customer service experience. ~Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and data entry. ~Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail. ~Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. ??
