Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Process and fills orders received by customers
? Handle Customer Broker-receipts, manages customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and back orders by coordinating with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters
? Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer
? Point person for shortages providing priority assessment to customers and product
? Prepare and maintains appropriate customer files, records or files copy of orders received.
? Edit orders received for price and nomenclature
? Prepare order by entering data into computer to determine total cost for customer
? Follow up on orders to ensure delivery on specified dates
? Run EDI/EFS daily
? Responsible for computing price and price changes, implementation and database changes; may include computing of shipping charges
? Process and file approved RMA’s and assist with research on customer documentation
? May attempt to sell additional products to customer
? May recommend type of packing or labeling needed on order
? May confer with sales, shipping, warehouse or common carrier to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
? May check inventory control and notify purchase of orders that would deplete stock
? May initiate purchase requisitions
? Prepare Custom invoices and shipping documents
? Compile statistics and prepares various assigned reports for management
? Assist in training of other CSR’s as needed
? Provide necessary data and support tools to Sales Team
? Process weekly mail to Regional Mangers
? Assist VP of Marketing Brokerage and Corp Allowances and Slow Moving/Obsolescence list
? Prepare correspondence for sales leads

Education and/or Experience:
? Minimum of a HS Diploma
? Minimum of 3 years in a customer service field

? Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
? Excellent interpersonal skills: written and verbal

? Skill of versatility and able to adapt to many situations regarding the customer
? Excel
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral presentations with groups of employees, managers, suppliers, customers, and the public. Bilingual, English/Spanish desirable.
